8:30 AM – Staging for All Forms / Weapons / WC Black Belts Sparring Division – Junior & Senior & up Divisions 9:00 AM -12:30 PM – All Traditional Forms / Weapons Competitions / Board Breaking Starts 9:00 AM – Sports Poomsae Report Directly to the competition ring 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM – Opening Ceremony / Lunch Break 12:30 PM – Staging for All WC Olympic Sparring / All belt sparring 1:00 PM- 7 PM – Olympic Sparring Starts
Every attempt will be made to be ahead of schedule. Please be prepared to report for staging ON TIME! |

| Coach Pass | $65 Coaching Pass
To coach at this event, you must take the 2025-2026 AAU Online Coach’s course Coach’s attire will be enforced at this tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS. Warm-up pants and official blue AAU shirt. Coach’s shirt can be purchased at the tournament venue or online at https://www.aamasupply.com |
